We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping of our products. Your duties will include daily equipment and tool inspections, assembly and sub-assembly operations, operating machinery, ensuring product quality assurance, and fulfilling any other assigned responsibilities. The role requires physical stamina as it involves lifting, bending, pushing, reaching, and moving materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Additionally, you will need to maintain good attendance, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication. Forklift certification is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspection of all equipment and tools prior to use
- Conduct assembly and sub-assembly operations
- Operate various machinery as needed
- Ensure quality assurance of products and materials
- Execute manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping tasks
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and excellent attendance record
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Forklift certification is advantageous
- Ability to lift, bend, push, reach, pull, and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs
