Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Associate to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for contributing to a successful production process, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Start up and stop equipment as needed to maintain efficient production.
Assist with various tasks along the production line to ensure smooth operations.
Clean and maintain the production area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies to facilitate workflow.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
Ensure all products conform to specifications and quality standards.
Identify and pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the production line.
Measure the length of extruded articles to confirm they meet required dimensions.
Place equipment on the conveyor belt for further processing.
Read and interpret gauges to monitor equipment performance.
Record production data accurately for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to operate and manage production equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Capable of working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
