Shift:
1st - 5:45am - 4pm
2nd – 3:45pm-12am
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Shift Leader regarding Safety, product levels, quality issues, day-to-day challenges, etc.
• Prepare various products for shipment, including dough balls
• Wash various dishes and machine parts at the end of each shift
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks according to sanitation schedule
