Customer Experience & Product Support Specialist $19-20/hr | Full-Time | Youngsville, NC - Monday-Friday 8: 30A-5: 30P Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right solution? We' re looking for a motivated Customer Experience & Product Support Specialist to join a growing team that prides itself on delivering outstanding service and support. In this role, you' ll assist customers by answering questions, recommending products, confirming product compatibility, processing orders, and creating support cases when needed. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new products, and providing a best-in-class customer experience, we' d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
Recommend products and confirm product compatibility
Process orders and create support cases
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service
What We' re Looking For:
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Microsoft Office experience
Previous customer support or administrative experience preferred
Associate' s or Bachelor' s degree is a plus
