These are 3rd Shift positions, 11PM-7AM, pay is $20-25 based upon experience. Direct hire after 500 completed hours of employment. Must have prior Process Technician experience; plastic injection molding experience is preferred. Up-to-date resume must be submitted for consideration.

Job Description: Daily machine Set-up and Start-up; Production/Process Monitoring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have prior experience as a Process Technician.
- Daily machine start-ups and set-ups.
- Documentation on all job set-up sheet.
- Ensure first shot approvals are obtained by Quality Inspectors after mold changes, after color changes, after major tool repair, after change in material.
- Ensure hourly checks of all machines.
- Check part against first piece to ensure quality.
- Verify production rate is standard.
- Check scrap count.
- Complete daily cycle time verification sheets.
- Assist with mold changes, put aways, area organization and clean-up, machine shut down at end of shift.
- Assist supervisors with operator training, part rejections, maintenance and tooling.
- Knowledge of TS-16949 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
