Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute transaction and control tests across multiple LOBs and workstreams
  • Adhere to FRM testing methodology, including Procedures, job aids and interaction models
  • Write test questions, perform and review tests across full spectrum of complexity
  • Through testing, determine business process adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business requirements and controls
  • Document test results per FRM testing methodology; escalate issues as appropriate
  • Develop report-out materials for business areas
  • Support retrieval and quality assurance of data used for testing across tests executing within each month
  • Support related governance activities, projects, audits or exams, as requested
  • Understand regulatory and business process environment changes and the impact of those changes to current and upcoming tests

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a field related to risk management, regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services sector (e.G., compliance, legal, audit, data governance, business risk office, credit risk management)
  • 4+ years of experience in process and/or control design and execution testing via quality assurance, audit or examination
  • Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; effective communication and collaborative abilities
  • Ability to work independently and flexible to change in a fast-paced environment that requires the balancing of competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of and ability to use MS Office applications such as Word and Excel

Other preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of and experience with interpreting US Capital Markets-related rules and guidance including Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR)
  • 2+ years of experience in Stress Testing environment, either directly engaged with sub-processes or with testing of sub-processes
  • 2+ years of experience in process management, improvement, or design
  • CIA, CQIA, CRCM, APRM, ICBRR or related professional certification
