HIRING NOW: Production AssociatesManitowoc, WI$15+ per hour1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday-2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday **Key Responsibilities:**- Assist in the operation of molding machines and related equipment.- Prepare and clean molds, ensuring they are free of debris and ready for production.- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and equipment.- Monitor the production process and report any issues to team leads or supervisors.- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet specifications.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper disposal of waste materials.- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. **Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to [X] lbs) and standing for long periods.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.- Basic math and measurement skills.#IND-W
