Job Description
Press Operator
Are you looking to work in the Jeffersonville, IN area? Our client is a lawn care equipment provider. These are temp-to-hire positions that have the opportunity to be hired on full-time (with benefits!) after 60 days. Apply now!
Shift: 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm, PLUS OT if needed)
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cut, fold, punch, press material in a Responsible manner as to not waste material
- Will be taught to the standards of Brinly-Hardy's press department
- Meet realistic quotas
- Skills needed- Basic blueprint reading and accurate measure using tape, protractor, and caliper
- Proficent at math conversions
- Have great attendance record
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED minimum
- Proficient in English; reading and writing, and speaking
- Proficient in Spanish; reading and writing, and speaking
- Must have 6 months or more prior metal pake press experience
- Must be able to pass press test Qualifications
