Pull jobs and stage for press to minimize press setup time
Put jobs away at completion, review tools, equipment, ink, etc and determine if anything needs to be ordered prior to the job running again
Performs daily maintenance as defined
Uses tooling with care according to manufacturers recommendations
Keep ink organized and at proper inventory levels
Prioritize safety by following documented pre-press practices and visual danger indicators on equipment.
Notify quality control of any nonconforming conditions and assist with containment activities.
Manage job plates, ensuring cleanliness, and ordering replacements when necessary.
Submit material requisitions to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Perform designated pre-press maintenance and document equipment maintenance.
Maintain ink inventory and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Previous Manufacturing experience related to press operation
Quality aware and organized
Safety focused
