Qualified Staffing is searching for 1st Shift Powder Coating Painter for a manufacturer in Lithonia, GA! Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pmPayrate: $25/hr JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform pre-treatment processes including power washing, cleaning, sanding, and masking to prepare parts for coating • Apply electrostatic powder coating to small and large parts using powder coating guns • Operate and adjust powder coating booths, guns, and conveyor line speed to ensure proper coverage and efficiency • Load and unload parts onto conveyor system and monitor flow through the curing oven process • Inspect coated parts for thickness, finish quality, and defects, making adjustments as needed • Maintain a clean and organized paint area, ensuring proper handling of materials and equipment • Utilize required PPE, including Tyvek suit, gloves, and full respirator, following all safety standards • Follow all company procedures for quality, safety, and production standards• Prior experience with powder coating systems or industrial coating lines required • Other duties as required WHY WORK FOR QUALIFIED STAFFING?
