Job Description:
- Verify plates match
- Look for any defect in plates before mounting.
- Check spec sheet for changes or special instructions.
- Check spec before, during and after job is mounted.
- Verify each job is mounted correctly according to specs.
- Mount plates safely and accurately.
- Understand sticky back usage in relation to press operation.
- Label and properly store plates daily.
- Pull correct plates
- Strip sleeves/cylinders.
- Clean sleeves/cylinders.
- Correctly store cylinders/sleeves.
- Check for plate lift.
