Patient Advisor

$18-$24/hour

Raleigh, NC

Monday-Thursday

7:30AM-6:00PM

Do you have Eye care experience and looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Patient Advisor for their growing specialty dry eye disease ophthalmology practice.

Responsibilities: 
  • Anticipate the whole patient experience from patient introduction, to registration, insurance verification, charge creation, payment entry, and follow up. 
  • Handling calls in a caring and confident manner.
  • Schedule exams while anticipating patient care needs and corresponding with referring physicians.
  • Utilizing and maximizing both our EMR and PM computer systems is a must.
  • Will have an opportunity to be cross-trained.

Experience:
  • Prefer candidate to have Patient Advisor experience.
  • High School or GED required.
  • Eye care experience is a plus.
