Parts Trimmers

Molding Supervisor

Wage

$14.00 per hour

 

 

Job Summary: Duties to include removal of parts from molding machine, parts trimming, quality of parts produced from visual inspection, and collection of parts that pass visual inspection criteria only. Duties to include adherence of all company policies and procedures as set forth in the employee manual and quality manual.

 

 

Summary of essential job functions:
  • Organization/marking of collection pans on trimming table
  • Organization/marking of collection pans on product carts
  • Recording/monitoring of molding machine parameters and molds running on trace sheet
  • Sweeping/organization of general press area

 

 

 

Personnel Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Training support for new employees

 

 

Physical Elements:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 10-15 pounds
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Good eye/hand coordination and hand dexterity
  • Use of small hand tools
