Part Time - Manufacturing HR Support Representative
  • This role will be a Temporary to possible Permanent Conversion
  • Part-time position with up to 30 hours per week.
  • Working Days/Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - 8-10 hours per day - The specific schedule may be flexible based on organizational needs.
  • Pay: $ 22-$30 . Commiserate is based on experience. 

The Part-Time Manufacturing Human Resources Support position is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The Part-Time HR Support will work closely with HR professionals to ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and databases.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle basic HR correspondence and communication.

Recruitment Assistance:
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.

Employee Relations:
  • Address basic employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR professionals as needed.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support in the preparation of compliance reports and audits.

Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, including employee information and organizational charts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in human resources.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Previous Manufacturing experience in recruiting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
