Job Description
Qualified Staffing has partnered with a clean, climate controlled facility in finding local talent to join their growing team on 2nd and 3rd shift. This company is committed to safety, family, teamwork, communication, personal growth, and integrity. They have been a part of the community for over 20 years and prides themselves on using 100% recycled materials for packaging and recycling 100% of production waste.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform changeovers in a timely manner.
Machine operation
Ensures work produced meets customer specifications.
Fills out daily quality and production logs as well as all other required paperwork. .
Does daily or weekly preventative maintenance as specified.
Ensures daily or weekly clean-up is done and machine is ready for incoming shift.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience
High school diploma.
Very strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to give and receive input
Good written and oral communication skills
Previous paper production machine operation experience preferred
