Position Summary:As a Packing Associate, you will help prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, inspecting, and organizing items. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:
Pack, sort, and label products according to company standards.
Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy.
Prepare items for shipment using proper packing supplies and techniques.
Follow safety and production guidelines to meet daily goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not required — training available!
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
