Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Packers in the Kennesaw, Ga area. The Packers will be responsible for preparing and packaging products according to company standards, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality packaging standards. Responsibilities:
  • Pack finished products according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
  • Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging.
  • Assemble, label, and seal packages accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate basic packaging equipment as required.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Report any production issues or defective products to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
