This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding project needs, and achieving sales targets within your territory. Responsibilities
Utilize proven sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers in the construction and concrete sectors
Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and share best practices
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored product solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring profitable partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on direct sales, business development, or B2B sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients
Ability to upsell concrete products or services effectively, catering to customer needs
Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of concrete products is a plus
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a timely and efficient manner
