Job Title: Outdoor Material HandlerLocation: Owosso, MichiganHours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $18 an hour We are currently seeking a dedicated Outdoor Material Handler to join our team in Owosso, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, demonstrating proficiency in loading and unloading trucks while providing exceptional customer service. As a Outdoor Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring efficient handling of deliveries and maintaining a safe work environment.   1. Load and unload deliveries using forklift or physical labor, adhering to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
  2. Conduct cycle counts and rotate product to ensure inventory accuracy and freshness.
  3. Maximize payloads and inspect finished goods to meet quality standards.
  4. Promote excellent customer service by assisting with order confirmations and addressing customer inquiries.
  5. Maintain accurate paperwork and records related to shipments and inventory.
  6. Manage Central Processing Units (CPUs) and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) efficiently.
  7. Adapt to outdoor working conditions in Michigan, including exposure to varying weather elements.
  8. Utilize provided gear for cold weather conditions, ensuring personal comfort and safety.
 Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years of solid experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role.
  3. Previous forklift experience and certification preferred.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
