Job Description

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Ashland, VA
Compensation: $15/hour Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PMJob Description:We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing promotional product orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  • Organize and stage products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Assist with receiving, restocking, and inventory tasks
  • Lift, move, and handle heavy boxes and materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
  • Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Qualifications 
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mature, reliable, and self-directed work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Electric pallet jack experience
  • Completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
