Key Responsibilities: • Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all information is correct and complete. • Communication: Forward any art information or questions to the appropriate email contacts. • Customer Interaction: Eventually, answer questions and reach out to customers regarding shipment dates, lead time conflicts, and order confirmations (including details like color, shape, etc.). • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels as orders are entered, identify stock issues when warehouse slips print out, and direct stock issues to the correct bin. Requirements: • Detail Orientation: Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accurate order entry and stock management. • Attendance: Must have excellent attendance and reliability. • Software Proficiency: Microsoft-based software, with a strong knowledge of Excel . Experience with Nav Dynamics or similar systems is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
