Objective: Supervise warehouse, production, and logistics operations, to correctly complete shipments for carrier delivery. Providing leadership and oversight to contributors of operations work force, to ensure the efficient and timely executions of ongoing tasks such as: inventory control, cycle counting, receiving and packaging, barcode generation, picking and packing, light assembly and kitting.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all warehouse staff including team leads
  • Continually reduce product wastage from damages
  • Manage labour within budgets
  • Implement continuous improvement activity in the warehouse
  • Introduce and maintain visual performance measurements across all areas or responsibility
  • Drive improvement in Health & Safety throughout finished goods warehousing
  • Ensure all driver training certification is compliant with Fork Lift Truck code of practice
  • Ensure safe, timely, and cost effective maintenance of warehouse equipment, fixtures, and fittings
  • Ensure appropriate material handling equipment is in place and service is maintained to the required standard
  • Manage an effective consolidation process to ensure maximization of warehouse capacity at all times

Hours: Monday - Friday, hours to meet the requirement of the role


  • BS/BA from accredited university or equivalent career experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing or manufacturing operations
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite/Word/Excel/Outlook, with knowledge and skills with a personal computer in a business environment
  • Cycle counting/Cost Accounting
  • Proficient use of Scanner Technology


  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Intimate knowledge of P21 and Ancillary Software or equivalent ERP (Order processing manual, inventory management manual, purchasing module, Odyssey module, vendor supplier module, FedEx shipmanager, receipt issue manager, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience of Military Spec Marking and Packaging
  • Intimate knowledge of Bill of Lading creation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
