Job Description

The Onsite Representative recruits and selects quality candidates for placement and builds a relationship with the client.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting
  1. Source candidates through internal and external resources.
  2. Maintain quality job postings on all available job boards to ensure necessary candidate flow.
  3. Recruit proactively for current, expected and high demand staffing needs.
  4. Evaluate, screen and onboard candidates in adherence with Branch Operating Procedures.
  5. Demonstrate the company’s core values, operating principles and service differentiators through daily activity.
  6. Maintain employee and customers files in accordance with Branch Operating Procedures.
  7. Perform reference checks, background checks and drug screens.
  8. Assist candidates with the application/onboarding process.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Onsite Responsibilities
  1. Take detailed job orders from client to ensure needs and expectations are understood.
  2. Regular communication with client to ensure expectations are exceeded.
  3. Quickly resolve employee and client issues that arise.
  4. Coach, counsel, supervise, and discipline contract employees to ensure job satisfaction and client satisfaction. 
  5. Ensure payroll information is submitted timely and accurately.
  6. Support company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  7. Prepare Turnover report.
  8. Respond to questions from candidates, employees and customers.
  9. Work with Branch Manager to investigate all claims of harassment, discrimination and workers compensation.
  10. Maintain a professional image at all times.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of professional office experience
  2. Strong understanding of employment law
  3. Self-motivation and strong desire to succeed, ability to work under pressure.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills
  5. Valid driver’s license and driving record clear of major violations.
  6. Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team.
