OFFICE MANAGER Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity?  Our client is looking for someone with administrative knowledge for their manufactured/mobile home community in Croswell.  This is a one-person office so the right candidate will need to be self-driven, reliable, and professional as well as able to handle all administrative duties and day-to-day operations. Leasing or housing experience is helpful but not necessary; We encourage all qualified applicants to apply.   Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay rate is $18.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.  APPLY TODAY WITH QUALIFIED STAFFING LAPEER!  DUTIES:You will oversee aspects of the property from administrative responsibilities including collecting rent, paying bills, answering phones, making sure rules are being followed, evictions, sales, contact contractors, as they pertain to our communities. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and clubhouse. REQUIREMENTS:As an Office Administrator, you must be hard-working, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service in all areas of the position. You must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  1. Experience in the office setting of a mobile home park or apartment complex.
  2. High School Diploma or GED.
  3. Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.
  4. Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position.
  5. Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.
  6. Ability to provide reporting as required.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
  8. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and court processes.
  9. Ability to work and communicate with co-workers and higher ups.
  10. Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office.
  11. Other duties as assigned.
  12. Basic accounting skills.
