Job Summary: Qualified Technical and Professional has been engaged by our client to locate an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership, managing various office operations, and contributing to the overall success of our growing distillery. This role will begin in a part time bases working up to 24 hours per week. However, it will likely transition into full-time work within one- two months of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
Maintain accurate financial records, process payables, and assist with bookkeeping tasks
Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by implementing efficient systems and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other common office software
IE: QuickBooks entries, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Word Processing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with bookkeeping and payables management a plus
Working Conditions: This is primarily a desk-based role in a professional office environment. The position may require occasional light lifting and the ability to sit for extended periods. INDQT
