For over a century, our client has been providing expertise and quality manufacturing capabilities to the paper making and paper converting industries. Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to assume multiple responsibilities in a small office. Full time, temp to hire. Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am. Responsibilities:
  1. Computer skills as well as organizational skills are required.
  2. Effective communication skills, both internal and external.
  3. Responsible for entering sales orders and emailing the order acknowledgements.
  4. Generate routings for the shop and release work orders.
  5. Allocate and issue material to work orders.
  6. Invoicing of completed jobs to customers.
  7. Communicate with customers regarding order status updates and requesting PO status updates from vendors.
  8. Closing of work orders when job is complete.
  9. Scanning, filing, faxing, handling phone calls, mail and maintaining calendars.

Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of clerical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Microsoft Office proficient.
