Join Our Team!Location: Canton, MIShift: 1st Pay rate:$25+ Position OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled Millwright / Pipe Fitter to join our growing field service team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, align, and maintain mechanical and piping systems for thermal processing equipment at our facility and customer sites. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, pipefitting experience, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities
Install, align, and assemble industrial furnaces, ovens, and related systems
Fabricate, fit, and weld piping for gas, air, vacuum, and cooling systems
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Perform precision alignment of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
Test and inspect mechanical and piping systems for leaks or performance issues
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components and systems
Travel to customer sites for installations and service work
Qualifications
Journeyman-level Millwright or Pipe Fitter experience (5+ years preferred)
Proficiency in welding (TIG, MIG, Stick) and pipe fabrication
Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow specifications
Experience with industrial furnaces or process equipment a plus
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
Willingness to travel for field work
