Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a background history working and leading teams in a CNC facility. Must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maximize productivity.
Provide guidance and support to production staff, including training and development opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of materials.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of [X] years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing teams.
