We are currently seeking a hands-on Machining Supervisor with strong operational leadership and deep machining expertise. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day floor operations, managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring quality and production goals are met. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of machinists and operators in a CNC job shop environment
Oversee production flow, scheduling, and job prioritization across various machining departments
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and upper management to meet customer demands
Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures are followed
Train, coach, and develop shop personnel
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, workflow, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a machining leadership role (CNC environment preferred)
Effective communicator and team leader with strong organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, custom machining setting
Operationally minded with a proactive, solution-driven approach
