What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and monitor a variety of metal fabrication machines
Set up equipment and prep materials for production
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Prep parts for powder coating and assist with the coating process
Team up with coworkers to hit production goals
Participate in ongoing training to boost your skills
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Manufacturing or factory experience is a bonus
Ability to operate machinery and basic computer skills
Mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
Attention to detail and pride in your work
A team-player attitude and willingness to learn
