Light Assembly AssociatePay: Starting at $22/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (overtime as needed) Location: Oilville, VA Start Date: Immediate openings availablePosition SummaryOur client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Light Assembly Associates. In this role, you’ll assist with assembling small mechanical or electronic components, performing soldering, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities
Assemble small mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools
Solder parts and circuit boards following established procedures
Conduct quality and accuracy checks on assembled products
Follow detailed written and verbal assembly instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Support overall production goals by completing tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications & Skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
Ability to follow step-by-step technical instructions
Mechanical aptitude and a team-first attitude
High school diploma or GED required
