Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Marysville, MI Pay: $20.48 Shift: Mon - Thurs, 3PM -1 AM Type: Temp to Perm Are you looking for your next job opportunity? Join a global leader in automotive manufacturing! We are seeking detail-oriented and team-focused Assembly Operators to join our client's team in Marysville, MI. This role requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to quality in producing world-class products. Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Ensure parts meet quality standards using gauges, charts, and inspection tools.
Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization through housekeeping, 5S practices, and routine maintenance.
Process Optimization: Contribute to improving processes, participate in team meetings, and assist in training new team members.
Material Handling: Operate lifting equipment and handle materials within the work area.
Equipment Operation: Operate, diagnose, and reset manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery; request maintenance as needed.
Inspection and Safety Checks: Perform routine inspections and documented safety checks on equipment and processes.
Documentation: Accurately complete production-related documentation, including counts, quality data, and scrap tickets.
Error Proofing: Conduct mistake-proofing and error-proofing checks for assembly processes.
Collaboration: Work effectively within a team and communicate to support operational goals.
