Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Starting Pay: $25.00/hr and up, based on experience
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for our clients Dalton, Georgia facility. This role is key in delivering exceptional service and communication to customers and business partners regarding order fulfillment. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned customer base and internal commercial team
Enter, update, and maintain customer orders in the ERP database
Provide professional and proactive communication to customers regarding order status, expedite availability, and more
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain and update customer pricing agreements as provided by the Commercial team
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory across multiple manufacturing locations
Escalate order or inventory issues when necessary
Track and provide shipment updates
Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service and order management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Ability to handle complex, non-standard issues and provide resolution
Strong writing skills for clear, empathetic customer support via email or phon
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the company and its customers
