As a Manufacturing Associate, you will work under the direction of Production Management to produce high-quality products. This role involves operating equipment safely, producing, and inspecting your own work, as well as learning new processes to help us meet production standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Production Management to produce quality products.
  • Safely operate all required equipment.
  • Learn and demonstrate the ability to produce and inspect own work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and use measurement tools.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, strong aptitude, and excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Open to learning new skills and processes.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and measurement tools.

  • Shift: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM)
  • Location: Brighton, Michigan
  • Industry: Manufacturing (HVAC & Pressure Vessels)
  • Pay: $16.65/hr.
