Job Description

A local manufacturing company in Tupelo, MS is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with the skills listed below.  Shift: 1st shift 6:00 am -3:30 pm.Pay rate: $22-28 hr. DOE. Duties and Responsibilities
  1. sewing machine repair
  2. hydraulic experience-rebuilding cylinders 
  3. forklift repairs-general stuff like replacing hoses and repacking cylinder kits.
  4. electrical experience-480 v to 24vdc with troubleshooting.
  5. plumbing experience-running air lines, black pipe 
  6. building or fabricating experience-with wood or metal
  7. welding
  8. painting
  9. plc experience
  10. able to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot.
  11. able to use aerial lifts-boom lifts and scissor lifts.
  12. travel to other locations to perform maintenance.
  13. work some Saturdays and fill in on 2nd shift when necessary.
 Qualifications: H.S. diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job.
