Job Description

Robotics Maintenance TechnicianQualified Staffing is hiring for a few Maintenance Technician positions in the Shepherdsville, KY region! These positions are a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a Michigan-based family of automotive companies! Schedule:
  1. 2nd shift
  2. Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate:
  1. $30.00-$38.50 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and physical structures
  2. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  3. Troubleshoot and repair all types of control circuits
  4. Repair electrical components where applicable
  5. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedule
  6. Constructs, maintains, and tests electrical systems and components
  7. Diagnose mechanical and maintenance problems
  8. Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Qualifications:
  1. Must have a strong electrical background and able to work independently
  2. Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (PPE will be provided) – Safety comes first!
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance for plant operations or other related fields required ROBOTIC, MIG WELDING
  4. Knowledge and experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  5. Ability to manipulate and modify robot programs (ABB, Fanuc, preferred)
  6. Experience with mechanical or hydraulic presses
  7. 2+ years as a maintenance technician in manufacturing. Degree and Journeyman certificate preferred.
