This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, supporting facility upkeep, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on machinery
Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work orders
Use maintenance systems or software to track repairs and service history
Support facility maintenance, including interior and exterior upkeep
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects
Source and research parts needed for repairs and maintenance
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and identify potential hazards
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude required with electrical experience preferred
Experience with welding (MIG) is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues
Comfortable using computers and maintenance systems (ERP experience a plus)
Ability to research parts and solutions independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
