**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** De Pere, WI

**Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

**Hours:**
- Monday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Occasional Fridays as needed

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in De Pere, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This part-time position offers flexibility with hours and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and assist in ordering new supplies as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document maintenance activities and report on job status as required.
- Collaborate with team members to tackle larger maintenance projects.
- Assist with special projects and occasional tasks outside of regular maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
