Job Description

Summary:Our client is an automotive supplier that specializes in innovative tire solutions and technologies.  They are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.  The person in this role will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production/facility equipment.   Responsibilities:
  • Manage the installation, preventative maintenance and repair of plant equipment
  • Supervise small team of maintenance technicians
  • Consistently improve the preventative maintenance program 
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts and test
  • Research, design and implement ways to improve equipment performance and quality
 Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in manufacturing
  • One (1) to three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Operator Interface Programs
  • Fanuc experience a plus
  • Servo experience a plus
  • Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic design and repair
