MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (3rd Shift) DIRECT HIRE75-80K Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our client team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be experienced in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing a team of maintenance personnel. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
Perform PLC and HMI maintenance, including troubleshooting Ladder Logic.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic leaks, conduct preventative maintenance (PMs).
Read and interpret advanced electrical and blueprint schematics.
Troubleshoot integrated circuits and wire control circuits (5V, 12V, 24V, 120V).
Design advanced pneumatic circuits.
Perform advanced welding and use various welding tools.
Operate basic shop tools, including hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machines.
Experience with bridge and rail cranes, drilling/tapping, circuit design/layout, cutting/threading pipe, and pneumatic troubleshooting/repair.
Perform building maintenance tasks such as lighting, compressor maintenance, emergency lighting, bending conduit, and pulling wire.
Install and set up motor contractors and VFDs.
Size motor starters and overloads appropriately for applications.
Maintain machine functionality and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
Supervise and manage hourly employee timecards (Infor), including approvals for overtime and vacation.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance and construction work.
Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and methods meet safety standards.
Work closely with senior management to provide monthly budgets and project status updates.
Lead regular team meetings and provide individual objectives for employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure all employees adhere to safety guidelines and intervene in unsafe practices. Noncompliance will result in disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience: 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, particularly in injection molding.
Automotive Industry: 3-5 years of experience required.
Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, including manufacturing plants, which may involve climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
Knowledge of timers, counters, electronics theory, encoders/decoders, OHM’s Law, and hydraulic systems.
Forklift and overhead crane certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Awareness of TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
