MAINTENANCE MECHANICRome, GA TEMP TO PERM POSITIONPay:$20-$25/hourly Shift: 1st (4:00a-1:00p) or (5:00a-2:00p) 5 days a week. Working days are flexible! The Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on buses and ensuring all systems and components remain in safe, reliable working condition. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in diagnostic procedures.
Replace and repair mechanical and electrical components as needed.
Conduct interior coach repairs and ensure all interior components are well-maintained.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shop stocking and inventory.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Additional Requirements:
Basic technical or mechanical experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and participate in ongoing training.
