Raleigh, NC 27614
$21–25/hr (DOE)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained apartment community in North Raleigh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable with general repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, and day-to-day property upkeep.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property
  • Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Assist with work orders and unit turns
  • Handle light carpentry, painting, and general labor tasks
  • Maintain clean and safe common areas
  • Support preventative maintenance projects
Qualifications:
  • Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge required
  • Comfortable with general labor and hands-on repair work
  • Dependable transportation required
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
