Are you a mechanically inclined night owl looking for a new opportunity? Qualified Staffing is hiring 3rd shift manufacturing maintenance for a growing client in Oshkosh, WI!
Starting Pay:
$28-$31/hour based on experience
Hours:
Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am
Job Duties:
-Change, repair shafts, and gears - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Fabricate and weld parts as needed - Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment - Provide excellent customer service to internal departments
- Electrical knowledge basic-to advanced a HUGE plus, but not required for this shift.
Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints - Experience in facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting - Leadership skills to supervise and train junior maintenance staff - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Welding skills for fabrication purposes
