Maintenance worker needed! Lapeer Injection Mold Manufacturer is looking for a full time Maintenance candidates that has at least five years of maintenance experience for plastic injection mold. @nd and 3rd shifts available. starting pay $20 to $25 an hour depending on experience! As well as shift premiums for overnight staff. Monday-Friday. Must have strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic background and abilities.

Qualifications:
Minimum of five years experience. Must be able to work independently and take initiative. Skilled and experience in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and PLC ladder drawings,
Problem solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
Must be computer literate knowledge of software programs
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
*Daily and weekly maintenance checks on all molding machines
*Responsible to work wit molding painting supervisors, flocking.
*Responsible for building equipment.
*Responsible for keeping equipment and machinery up to current OSHA standards.
*Responsible for documenting all work orders.
*Operate fork lift as required.
*Coordinating and communicating any schedule changes or department issues with production personnel.
*Preventative maintenance on molding machines.
