Job Description


Do you have Maintenance Technician experience? Can you inspect, repair, diagnose and preform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment? Qualified Staffing is hiring for experienced Maintenance Technicians in the Kennesaw area!


Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-2am 

Pay: $23-30/hr based on experience

Essential Job Functions:
  •  Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs on all equipment
  •  Perform regular preventive maintenance and appropriate frequency on all machinery/equipment in the facility
  • Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment
  •  perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs
  • Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services
  • Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance 

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude and mechanical 
  • 3-5 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment
  • Formal degree or certificate in a technical area or related field required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •  read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • read and write English and perform basic math problems
  • The ability to use basic measurement instruments such as tape measure, scales, and gauges
