Maintenance Facilities Supervisor Location: Wichita, KS Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000 Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our client’s Wichita, KS site. This role is responsible for managing preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, overseeing inventory, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute preventive maintenance activities while maintaining the PM database.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
Initiate capital expenditures for facility improvements.
Oversee parts inventory management, including ordering, maintaining records, and adjusting inventory levels.
Develop training materials and provide training for production employees on equipment modifications.
Maintain manuals and documentation for all current equipment.
Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities to enhance efficiency and safety.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in reading volt meters, electrical schematics, and blueprints.

Basic fabrication and welding skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrician, or Machinist.
