Job Description

We're Hiring: Machine Operator – CNC Skills Required
? Location: Oxford, NC
? Shift: Night Shift | Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
? Pay: $17.00/hr
? Start Date: ASAPAre you mechanically inclined with CNC machine experience? We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on the night shift. If you’re ready to work in a fast-paced environment and grow your skills, we want to hear from you!? Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery
  • Troubleshoot machining issues using various hand tools
  • Read part prints and perform basic layout work
  • Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality standards throughout production
✅ Required Skills:
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Ability to read part prints and follow layouts
  • Solid understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
? Additional Info:
  • This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Previous CNC or machine operating experience is required
