Manufacturing Technician Location: Owosso, MI Pay: $18.00 + Shift Premiums on 2nd and 3rd Shift: Must be flexible to float shifts, work every other weekend, and OT as needed.

Duties: • Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods. • Track the quantity of units produced from the production line to ensure efficiency. • Utilize standard operating procedures to package products for delivery to customers. • Maintain a safe working environment, consistently using Personal Protection Equipment to ensure safety. • Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns, and downstream equipment set-up. • Stay current on product specifications and packaging requirements. • Practice continuous improvement, including line operations and facility housekeeping. • Build and maintain job skills and increase earning potential through company training programs • All other duties as assigned
Requirements: • A+ Attendance • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous solid industrial or manufacturing experience preferred • Basic Math skills • Ability to do some physical labor
