Position: Machine Technician/Line Lead
Pay: $18+, based on experience

Do you have mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment? Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled in operating and maintaining production equipment? Our client is seeking a Machine Technician to operate plastic blow molding machines, perform basic mechanical and process-related tasks, and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that works closely with Team Leaders, MT3 Technicians, and Maintenance staff to keep operations on track.
Duties:
• Operate plastic blow molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all established Safety, Health, QA, GMP, and BRC standards, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Perform frequent visual checks to ensure product quality and consistent manufacturing output.
• Maintain accurate and timely machine operating records, including daily and weekly logs.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized in compliance with GMP standards.
• Supply production lines with materials and packaging as needed.
• Promptly report equipment issues to the Team Leader and/or Maintenance for resolution.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CIP) efforts with the production team.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including General Operator tasks.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience and 1–2 years of machine operation experience.
• Mechanically inclined with basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, and twisting for the full shift.
• Must be available for mandatory overtime, including weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
