1st Machine Operator Needed in Macomb, MI! Pay Rate:$18 per hour Schedule: 1st shift 6am to 3pm M-F Are you experienced as a Machine Operator in manufacturing and looking for a stable, full-time role? Join our team and be part of a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
Operate machining and manufacturing equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure production meets customer standards.
Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members and maintain effective communication with departments.
Read and follow detailed work instructions.
Take on other related tasks as needed to support production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication, math, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (6-12 months preferred).
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of safe work practices.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
